This house is beautiful! Everything looks brand new and very well maintained. So many thoughtful touches from bicycles to rafts and everything we needed for a beach day! Probably the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. Location is convenient for restaurants, groceries and shopping. We really enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool. The outdoor space is amazing! Wonderful place to relax and get away!

I usually don't post so here it goes. This place was truly amazing from the start to finish. We were treated as family not just a number or renter. The care they took was top notch to the bottles of wine and champagne to the little snack box. The pool was a perfect temperature too. We will definitely be back.

FABULOUS STAY!

THIS HOUSE WAS SUPER NICE AND VERY WELL EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING YOU MIGHT NEED. OVERALL IT WAS ONE OF THE BEST HOUSES IN THAT AREA WE HAVE STAYED IN WE LOVED THE POOL AND THE HOT TUB TOO THAT AREA BY THE POOL IS SUPER NICE AND RELAXING!!! THE HOME OWNER ACTUALLY STOPPED BY TO MAKE SURE ALL WAS GOOD AT CHECK IN FOR US TOO.

Review of Coconut Palms

Home was pretty much as advertised, with the exception of hedges around the pool had been removed (they were in the rental pictures), resulting in less privacy. Communication with the property manager was excellent and responses to issues were quickly resolved. The only issue we had was when we extended our stay, we were billed incorrectly, but a 40 minute phone call resolved the issue. All appliances worked as expected. Details on shopping and events in the local area were helpful and accurate. Would use Evolve again.

Better than Hoped, More than expected

Coconut Palms was everything we had hoped for and more! The day before check-in I received a Welcome email and text from the owner which outlined everything about the property and how to access the home. We were greeted by a basket of goodies and wine to help us ring in the new year. There was no detail forgotten. Everything was well stocked and if you needed it, it was there. The decor was spectacular. We could tell the owners spent a lot of time in effort on every meticulous detail. We enjoyed every minute of the pool and hot tub and welcome to the chance to relax after a long day of sightseeing. This home was perfect to come back to. We have stayed in Cape Coral before in another rental property in this by far exceeded other vacation rental homes. The only minor issue we had was that the bike tires were not inflated, and the pumps available did not work. When I reached out to the owner, he offered to come and fix them right away. Very responsive and friendly.Thank you for helping us make incredible memories for an unforgettable trip to spend time time with family.

Fantastic home for our winter getaway!

A 5 star win! We really enjoyed the home and our stay. The house presents well in the photos and in person. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and location. The pool, games, bikes and other amenities were a nice bonus. We appreciated and took advantage of the radio and tv out by the pool. The portable chairs and bags for day trips were also nice. It really made it easy and convenient. Note at the time of our stay the public yacht club beach noted in the listing was not open due to Hurricane Ian. Most beaches are still closed with plans to slowly reopen. We LOVED the lanai and pool. It was a fantastic area to be outside and relax, play corn hole, cards, watch tv and enjoy the pool. It is a nice big area. The pool layout was a hit! We loved the terraced steps in and opportunity to lounge in the water. The pool didn't feel quite 85 degrees the first couple days. Th pool person came on her regular day, made some adjustments and it was a game changer! The pictures out back may be old. The pictures show trees around the lot. It appears they have been cut down. The inside was nice. One recliner in the sofa seemed to be broken and the a/c wasn't as balanced as we would have liked. The master bedroom ran much warmer than the rest of the house. All in all, we'd highly recommend and happily return. Thanks!

Fun trip

We had a very nice stay at the property. We truly enjoyed the pool area. We had a minor issue with a toilet our first day, but we contacted the property manager and it was fixed in just a couple of hours. The house lacked personal supplies, such as toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. There were what was left on a roll, but that was it. Not a huge deal, but would be nice to have just a little extra. Would book again.

Cozy home for the entire family

Recently stayed for 7 days and we were pleasantly surprised. We needed a get away from the Miami area and this was exactly what we needed for some quality family time. House was clean, organized and very comfortable for 6 people. The pool was amazing and water temperature just right for those chilly January nights. You can’t beat the location minutes away from shopping and beach.
