6764 is a traditional Torch lake summer cottage, used and loved with no problems for 60 years by the same family. Water comes from a well with an electric pump. Our cottage is fully winterized and has forced air, baseboard heat. We have ceiling fans in all the rooms and stays quite cool as its in the trees and the walls are solid cedar. All windows have been replaced and can be opened.
