Sea View apartment in the heart of Stege

This apartment is in the top-end of the top end locations in Stege/MĂžn, with a sea view over Stege Nor. Where the garden meets the water, there is a small private peer with a boat. The front side of the building is facing Stege's charming main street with less than three minutes walk to the central square where the old town hall is now hosting a local chocolate manufacturer. On this street you find art galleries, local specialised shops, vibrant restaurants and cafes

The apartment has private access to garden area. It is in an charming old building from the 1880s, with all modern features, such as Smart TV, high speed Internet, and all necessary kitchen facilities, furniture, bed linen, etc.

The two bedrooms are very private, separated by the large living room with a special bright veranda that provide a perfect space for breakfast, in green surroundings and a view over the water. One of the beds can be separated into two beds. The other double bed is 180 x200 and cannot be separated. The last sleeping place is the sleeping sofa as seen in the picture, which can easily convert into a large sleeping space.

We truly appreciated the charm and potential of the apartment – it really is a little gem. At the same time, we felt that the lack of certain amenities and the condition of the windows, which were quite dirty, unfortunately took away some of its appeal. While we were ultimately comfortable and the landlord made efforts to address our concerns, these issues left a slight shadow over our overall experience, as parts of the apartment felt a bit neglected.

50 Jahre Urlaub auf Mön

In der geschmackvoll eingerichteten Altbauwohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Lage ist wunderschön:Direkt in der Innenstadt von Stege in der man so manches Kleinod entdecken kann und direkt am See „Stege Nor“. Besonders die Morgensonne zaubert immer wieder interessante Wolkenbilder an den Himmel. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Ferienwohnung ruhig und man kann sich wirklich gut erholen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man zum Leben benötigt. Wir können die Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Viele Dank! H.und I.Janßen

Die Wohnung hat eine zentrale Lage mit einem privaten Steg. Wir haben das sehr genossen. Morgens zum BĂ€cker zu laufen und abends die Restaurants in Stege auszuprobieren. Der absolute Lieblingstag der Kinder in Stege war der Tag mit dem Hauseigenen Ruderbot auf dem See. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, die KĂŒche gut ausgestattet. Alles top!

Unser ohnehin schon schöner Urlaub in Stege wurde durch diese in jeder Beziehung optimale Ferienwohnung zusĂ€tzlich bereichert . Die zentrale Lage zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch die unmittelbare NĂ€he zur Natur waren ein weiterer Vorteil fĂŒr einen gelungenen Urlaub. In diesem Appartement haben wir uns sehr, sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. In der Tat wirkt es nicht wie "nur" eine Ferienwohnung, sondern man wohnt dort. Es ist alles in der NĂ€he (ein toller Supermarkt und ein gut sortierter Aldi in der NĂ€he). Vor allem aber ist man direkt in dem kleinen StĂ€dtchen wenn man zur HaustĂŒr raus kommt. Alles war vorhanden und sauber, die QualitĂ€t der Betten ist perfekt, ich habe besser geschlafen als zu hause ... Der Vermieter ist sehr organisiert und kĂŒmmert sich um alles, die FahrrĂ€der vor Ort sind klasse und auch der "Hausmeister" Mads ist supernett. Wir haben gleich den nĂ€chsten Urlaub dort vorgemerkt ...

Chosen for a quiet period away from everyday busy-ness, this place was the perfect fit in every respect. The location is very quiet, facing the water on one side, while still very central and in easy walking distance from public transport, shopping options including several supermarkets, and beautiful walks. Kitchen and bathroom are equipped to perfection, supplying everything you might ever want or need. The living room and bedrooms are comfortable and cozy. The contact with the owner was exceptionally friendly and supportive. I would love to stay here again any time!

Sehr zu empfehlende Ferienwohnung !!!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der perfekt ausgestatteten und sehr schön eingerichteten großen Altbauwohnung, mitten im Zentrum und trozdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Restaurants und GeschĂ€fte sind in unmittelbarer NĂ€he und die schöne Natur wie MĂžns Klint, Nyord etc. ist schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat uns eine ausfĂŒhrliche Beschreibung vorab zugesandt. Wir durften am Abreisetag sogar bis 14.30 bleiben, weil die Wohnung im Anschluss nicht vermietet war. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Danke Niels!!!

Eine gemĂŒtliche Wohnung im Herzen von Stege

Die Wohnung ist neu und geschmackvoll renoviert und bietet viel Platz fĂŒr vier Personen. An alles ist gedacht. Die Beschreibungen haben sehr geholfen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Auf der einen Seite des Hauses ist man sofort in der "Stadt", auf der anderen Seite sofort am Wassser. Der Blick ist wunderschön. Dass es Ende MĂ€rz noch gefroren hatte und Schnee lag, hat uns nicht davon abeghalten "Klackersteine" zu suchen. Um so gemĂŒtlicher war es dann, in eine warme Wohnung zu kommen! PS: Eine Suppenkelle wĂŒrde alles noch perfekter machen.....

Stege er en dejlig by og MÞn har meget spÊndende natur og sjove oplevelser. Lejligheden ligger godt, med en dejlig have/terrasse med udsigt til sommerbrug. Lejligheden er fint indrettet med god plads til f.eks. to par eller en familie pÄ fire. Vores tre dages ophold var en fantastisk og afslappende (vi tilvalgte slutrengÞring) mÄde at opleve bÄde by og Þ. Booking gik smertefrit og den samlede oplevelse kan klart anbefales.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in zentraler und doch grĂŒner Lage

Uns haben die Urlaubstage in Stege sehr gut gefalllen. Die Wohnung ist groß, stilvoll eingerichtet, und in der KĂŒche fehlt es an nichts. Wenn man aus der TĂŒr geht, ist man schon fast am Steger Nor (Binnensee, schöner Blick). Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Wir durften am Abreisetag sogar bis abends bleiben, weil die Wohnung im Anschluss nicht vermietet war. Die ErklĂ€rung zu Anreise und Nutzung der Wohnung ist sehr gut geschrieben. Der Fernseher ist nicht einfach zu bedienen. Es gibt einen DVD-Anschluss (keinen DVD-Player), so dass man mit einem mitgebrachten DVD-Player eigene Filme sehen kann. Es gibt nur einen Schrank fĂŒr mitgebrachte Kleidung fĂŒr alle Mieter. Aber dies sind nur kleinere Dinge in einer wirklich sehr schönen Wohnung. Am Ort gibt es mehrere SupermĂ€rkte, die bis spĂ€t abends geöffnet sind. Der örtliche BĂ€cker ist sehr zu empfehlen (Brötchen, Kuchen). Wohin man auch sieht, man sieht viel Wasser. Tipps zum Wandern: MĂžns Klint, Runde um die Innenstadt von Stege (Hafen, Langelinie, Langgade, auf dem alten Wall bis zum SĂžndersti), Jordbassinerne (rechts am Ortsausgang Stege Richtung Vordingborg), Nyord. Und natĂŒrlich ist Kopenhagen immer eine Reise wert! Vielen Dank an Niels, wir kommen gern wieder!

I am a academic researcher, who use the property myself from time to time for writing, reading, and research, as the location is so unique and tranquil. In 30 seconds I can be by the water on the one side and go for a swim. 10 seconds walk through the main gate in the front building I will be in the centre of Stege with view to the old church, and a lovely middleage garden.

Why they chose this property

Because it is central and you can enjoy more than 10 different restaurants within a walking distance of 5 min. It is easily get to any place at Moen. Staying in a summerhouse is lovely, but it can be quite isolated after a few days. This will not happen at this property.

What makes this property unique

The water at the end of the garden is absolutely unique.
