The perfect place to stay while I was in town for my eye surgery. Very comfortable and close to where I needed to be for my appointments.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Nice spacious ground level basement unit … nicely equipped. Walking distance to Main Street … coffee shops groceries and antique shops …. Ample free overnight Street parking was a big plus for us.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect, access quick and simple. All amenities available. Only small recommendation is there were no kleenex and could have used more towels. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Thank you
The two-bedroom suite is perfect for a stay in Vancouver. The unit is spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. Communication with Tomasz was excellent. The location is IDEAL. We parked the car and didn't use it again until we departed. Walking distance to two wonderful streets with restaurants, shops, etc. Lovely, safe neighborhood for beautiful walks, enjoying the springtime blooms. Would definitely stay again. Thank You Tomasz!
This was a very comfy apartment to stay in. The beds were comfortable, shower good, kitchen good, location great. At times there was a lot of noise from upstairs. There was a dog running around and a child playing, and it started earlier than we wanted to get out of bed. If you're used to apartment living you would probably not be bothered by it as muchas we were.
Ideal location with a sizeable property (for Vancouver standards) and private entrance. Pros: There were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within a 10 min walk and two bus routes that had connections to SkyTrain and UBC & Kits. The bedrooms were clean and there was enough space to spend time in the living area/dining room. The host was very communicative and entry was seamless. Cons/Considerations: The kitchen and bathroom weren’t cleaned properly when we arrived (e.g., big spill around coffee maker and mold in shower and sink). The ceilings and bathroom mirror are quite low—only an issue if you are 5’6”. There are kid(s) and a dog in the house upstairs so it can be loud between 8 am and 9 pm when they’re running around or the kid(s) are yelling. (only an issue if you are sleeping in or trying to relax in the middle of the day).

Thank you for bringing to our attention the issues with the shower silicone and the coffee spill in the kitchen. Our sincere apologies, the comfort and satisfaction of our guests are always our top priority. It seems the cleaners missed the coffee stain, and we’ve already spoken with them to ensure this does not happen again. We have also replaced the silicone in the shower area to address the concern.
Yes, we do live upstairs, and while our children are usually at school from about 8 a.m. to 4–5 p.m. and often busy with sports afterward and on weekends, there might be some noise when we are around as it is our home. We do our best to keep things as quiet as possible and truly appreciate your understanding.
We’re glad you enjoyed the convenient location, private entrance, and nearby amenities. Thank you again for your helpful feedback, it helps us continue improving and providing a great experience for future guests.
