On stepping down to the private dock, you will find the Tiki Hut with seating for 4 persons plus additional seating on the dock area to enjoy the waterfront views Cape Coral is world famous for.

In keeping with the outdoor living focus of this home, the property has a heated in-pool spa and freeform pool as a wonderful backdrop to your stay. We do not charge extra for spa heat which is included in our rates.

Great Relaxing Vacation

House is amazing, the outside pool area is were we spent most of our time. Pool is so relaxing overlooking the Doc and the Tiki hut on the doc was our coffee and drinks hangout with great views.

2025 Vacation at Villa Evara

We just spent the month of March at Villa Evara. Had a great time in Cape Coral. The house was everything we expected. The highlight being the Tiki Hut on the dock. We could watch the manatees swim by! The hosts Neil and Keely were great to deal with. Would definitely rent again in the future.
