Stayed for a couple days for a wedding next door at the Alpine. House was clean, well maintained, and a pleasure to stay at. Highly recommend if needing a place in the area
Just a few steps to the rail trail. You need to lift your bike. Very clean, well located, bath spa is awesome after the ride. Can be noisy with road and carpark nearby. Fire pit is great with wood supplied, plenty of space inside and outside. Easy to park and secure your bikes.
Overall the place was very nice. Rooms nice and spacious, great heating (although loud), very comfortable beds and nice and clean. A couple of things that could be improved on though;Normal every-day black tea instead of earl greyA hand rail at the top of the stairs - I nearly fell once with nothing to hold onto (it may also be a requirement for it to be there)Also, just a note on your description stating that there are no breakfast provisions provided. We were thinking that on a Bed & Breakfast site that there would be some basics available, not just tea (earl grey only) coffee and milk. But lovely place and we would like to go again with rest of the family. Thank you
