Excellent room and so convenient to beach and pool and out car. Very comfortable and well appointed. Very responsive to any issues and loved that there were lots of extras - blankets, chairs, toys, towels etc!

This location is pretty perfect - very close to the pool and the beach, and there is an on-site cafe/bar! And to top it all off, the hosts were quick to respond any time I reached out. Thank you!

Great condo

Condo was well stocked with beach towels, chairs, and sand toys for the kids. Needed extra sheets and they were delivered within 20 minutes. Pool was heated nicely and hot tubs were great. Wonderful stay. Will be back.

Fantastic location near beach, St. John's Pass, and amenities like Publix. The pool was nice, hot tub nice, all really clean. It was a great place to make a meal, read on the patio, and quick access to the beach.

Great location on Treasure Island and the proximity to the beach. Fantastic onsite cafe and bar. Our room had a great view of the Gulf and the pool. Only downside would be people reserved chairs and loungers by the pool so it was very hard to get a seat. My daughters would go down when the pool was supposed to open and the chairs would already be gone. One suggestion that might help is keep the pool area locked until the pool opening time so people can't come down before opening to reserve their chairs.

The unit was clean, and kitchen was well equipped. The 2nd bedroom was a little small and washer/dryer were extremely loud and might need repaired. Overall a good clean unit. Unfortunately we only stayed one night because my husband had to have emergency open heart surgery.

Family Vacation

This is our 3rd summer coming to Sunset Visitas. Last year we reserved a room ran by the property and the rooms were significantly different. We reserved a different room this year and the furniture was in better quality. Overall we were okay with our stay. However the dryer damaged several clothing items we had. The TVs were older, not up to date. The jets in the hot tub has not been working. Guest weren't adhering to the quiet hours and blasting music late at night and when I called the front desk, security was going to check it out but did not do anything about it. So the guests continued to party in the parking lot.
