Condo was well stocked with beach towels, chairs, and sand toys for the kids. Needed extra sheets and they were delivered within 20 minutes. Pool was heated nicely and hot tubs were great. Wonderful stay. Will be back.

The unit was clean, and kitchen was well equipped. The 2nd bedroom was a little small and washer/dryer were extremely loud and might need repaired. Overall a good clean unit. Unfortunately we only stayed one night because my husband had to have emergency open heart surgery.

Though the condo was nice,it was smaller than we expected... The outside of the building left alot to be desired, reminded you of an Old hotel. The fact that the beach access was closed and you had to walk such a long way around to get to the beach, just to find all the work being done was frustrating. Probably wouldn't stay here again

I love being able to walk from the room to the pool or beach. This unit is close to the parking spot and pool. Check in was easy. It could use a deep cleaning- like the ceiling fans and air vents. My son loved the ping pong and connect four game.

We have stayed at Sunset Vista many times. We love the location, the pool, cafe, bar...but this particular unit was just not up to par. Not all units are maintained the same. It is my experience that the management company that is on premis (front desk) does a much better job than the one we ended up with which was itrip.

Great location

Great location and nice place to stay on the beach. The overall property is dated but kept nicely. The place was as described, very light on consumables, one roll of toilet paper for the whole house, no sponge or soap for the sink, etc. but stores are nearby and a shop is at the front of the property to buy more. Not ideal, but easy to get more when needed. The only real complaint is that the place was very dirty. Dust covered most surfaces and the floor was clearly not mopped. Overall a good place to stay where everyone had a good time.
