Lovely little home about a mile from Main Street in Fredericksburg. Super quiet neighborhood. An easy walk to all the shops and restaurants. House had everything you could need. The couch in the living room/TV area was super uncomfortable and could probably be replaced, but everything else was nice.

The front porch and patio were dirty. The living room sofa was very uncomfortable. Difficult to get out of because you sink in the cushions. There were no local TV channels.

Rusty, a dirty front porch and patio is not what should greet anyone walking up to the house, and you were right to say so. Porches and patios are now swept and hosed as a signed-off item on the turnover check, not something done when it looks like it needs it. The sofa is being replaced with a firmer frame you can actually stand up out of, and an antenna has been added so local channels come in alongside the streaming apps. Come back and see it set right. The swimming hole is worth a morning on its own. You are a returning guest now, which means 10% off your next stay with us. Sincerely, Morgan, Director of Operations.
