Friendly neighborhood, great location

This house was in the perfect location for us to house hunt in the Venice area. We walked our dog daily and met many of the neighbors who were incredibly friendly. It had everything we needed and was priced appropriately for the older home it is. If you’ve ever traveled by a Rick Steve’s guidebook, it was perfectly quaint Would absolutely stay again when traveling with our dog.

Dog friendly and Responsive!

Comfy, clean and convenient to beaches and amenities 😊. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was good. More importantly, Marlene, the local contact, made it possible for us to check in very late same day when we had to travel earlier. She and the owner were very responsive to all concerns and questions. I would stay again!

Clean and Comfortable

Very clean and very comfortable inside and outside. Had everything we needed. Cute coastal decor. 2 small repairs are necessary. The blind on sliding door and tub drain was slow. We would book again if in this area.
