Thank you for choosing to stay in our cottage and for looking after the house so well.
We have spent many happy days in Paradise Point and also think it is a wonderful and relaxing place.
This is a really beaut alternative to hotel or apartment accommodation. Great to have a spacious, comfortable and attractively decorated sanctuary to stay.

Great place, welcoming, comfortable, excellent location. Short walk to coffee, shops, beach and the bistro at the bowls club. Also close to theme parks, Gold Coast beaches and People First Stadium for the AFL we came to see. Would definitely consider staying here again.

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing long weekend here, travelling up from The Blue Mountains for a fanily event. This accommodation was perfect: neat, tidy and quiet, with all of the comforts, plus extra treats, that made our time so enjoyable. Thanks John, we will definitely be back again.
Absolutely wonderful! The location, and our hosts hospitality was excellent. Cottage beautiful and spotless could not be happier with our stay. Thank you. Would like to return in the future.
Me and my sister loved the location of this lovely cottage - near to centre of Paradise Point. Very clean, quiet, comfortable and well equipped. We were thoroughly spoilt with all the goodies John provided for us. I would recommend this cottage to anyone and will definitely stay there again when we return.
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is in a nice, quiet neighbourhood and a short walk to a good selection of shops and restaurants. There is a lovely boardwalk along the water which goes for quite a distance for very pleasant walks. The home was well equipped and stocked for us.
Very well presented property everything you would need and lovely with all the goodie’s so you didn’t need a rush down to the shop on arrival would definitely stay there again

Thank you for your feedback and so pleased you enjoyed your visit. Look forward to welcoming you again.
We were very happy with the Coastal cottage and would highly recommend it to others. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was very well equiped (although we didn’t actually cook while we were there). The owners provided us with so many extra treats, including fruit, bread, cheese, wine and chocolates ! We have never had this at any other accommodation and thought it was a very generous bonus! We had a fantastic stay!
Lovely beach home, in quiet street. Close to beaches, shops and restaurants. Property tastefully decorated , facilities well considered and thought out to meet guests needs with owner exceeding expectations by providing a tasteful array of snacks and drinks. Would definitely recommend and consider excellent value for money.
Gorgeous little home which was just perfect for our stay. I am worried about the amount of water which splashes out of the shower as, although we dried it after every shower, over time, it may cause hidden damage which is not what anyone would want. Thank you so much.

Hi Fiona,
We are glad you enjoyed your time, hope you enjoyed the baseball.
Regarding the shower, no need to worry on that front as the floor and walls have been tanked to address any water which either drains via the floor waste or evaporates, we do appreciate the floor gets wet and thank you for managing the towel and floor mats.
Hope to see you again.
About the host
Hosted by John
Alice and John are from Ireland, living in Queensland. We love to travel and spend time with family and friends. We lived in Paradise Point for 10 years and just love the relaxed feel of the area.
Why they chose this property
The area is on the northern end of the Gold Coast and it is manically taking an early morning walk along the Esplanade when the sun is rising and the water is glistening. The village is an easy stroll and there is a great selection of restaurants for breakfast, dinner and snacks. Lots of entertainment with open air events at the weekends a regular occurrence.
What makes this property unique
Our cottage was built over sixty years ago and has been recently renovated. It is cosy and always catches the afternoon sea breeze. It is in a great central location, close to everything but tucked away in a quite Cul de Sac.
