House was very clean. No drip coffee maker, only the Kuerig, which worked. Fortunately, there were some pods supplied. Master bath shower needs the temp turned up. Lukewarm at best. Nice towels.Very annoying white dog barking frequently across the street. Owner is clueless.

Cocoa Beach

We loved the house and liked how close it was to everything! The neighborhood was quiet. It was close to Cocoa Beach and the Kennedy space center so we were able to enjoy both of them.

Great short stay

The check-in process was flawless and the property description was on point. The property manager made communication easy. We needed to have a package delivered to the property and it arrived before we did. They took the package inside and left the lights on for us.

NCAA softball trip

Centrally located to everywhere we needed to go…..place itself was super clean with plenty of space. Only a couple things that brought the score down a little: Shower in the bedroom was barely warm (other shower was fine) and the neighborhood was not as expected. Overall it very much worth the cost and was a comfortable place to stay. THX

The A.C. unit sounded like a rocket launch when it started up, and an air flow issue to the master bedroom. It was like an oven in there. The pictures submitted show decibel level wacthing t.v. The second is decibel level when a.c. runs. A very high level. The host did say it was warmer in the master but there was nothing they could do and it was very hot in florida right now. That was funny as a live in florida! The rest of house was ok but when you set stat down to 70 and it ran nonstop. Not very enjoyable and try to sleep with that noise and higher temps in bedroom. No one should have to pay for that! Pictures wont upload! Doesnt surprise me. 48.5 decibels picture#1 and 72.5 decibels for picture #2.
