The home is open plan living at its best with sun beaming in all year-round and nearly every window framing breath-taking views. Step outside to find fresh air and open skies, a huge table for outdoor dining, a family size Weber BBQ and of course the outdoor spa. The whole house takes full advantage of its surroundings and with multiple seating options inside and out, deciding on your favourite spot to relax will be the only problem!

All bedrooms have the same quality bed bases and mattresses, and each has its own unique style. *Single beds are all long singles
Bedroom 1: features a king bed with a stunning custom made tas oak bedhead and french doors opening straight onto the spa deck area.
Bedroom 2: is set up as 2 long single beds that can be made into another king bed on request.
Bedroom 3: has a queen bed that has you looking straight out at the view.
Bedroom 4: offers another long single so height will not be a problem here.

The home's 1st bathroom features a beautiful big bath and with the 2nd combined bathroom/laundry gives you access to 2 showers, 2 sinks and 2 toilets.

Other things to note;
Your stay includes generous breakfast provisions.
All entrances into the house have steps along with the outside area being made up of multiple levels. Please keep this in mind if this may be an issue for you.
You are welcome to explore the land surrounding the house and whilst children are welcome, it is a requirement that they are supervised at all times when outside and when using the spa (children under 10 are not permitted in the spa)

We don't think you'll want to leave, but you'll find many things just a short scenic drive away!
If you don't wish to head back to Launceston, Lilydale is just a 15 minute drive away. This is where you'll find an IGA, take away shop, cafe, chemist, medical centre, hairdresser, tavern and post office. Not far from there is the beautiful Lilydale Falls and for the more adventurous there is also the much loved Hollybank Forest Reserve featuring Hollybank Treetops Adventures close by.
In less than an hour's drive you can find yourself at the beach side town of Bridport, Barnbougle and Bridestowe Lavender Farm with various award-winning vineyards along the way.
