We always love staying at this property given the location - it’s close to Washington Park and Wash Perk Coffee. The only negative is the door entry system - Every time we’ve stayed here, we’ve struggled with the lock. It usually takes us a number of times to both open and lock the door.Other than that, would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay! It was great to be close to Washington Park and it was a very quiet neighborhood. Having access to a washer and dryer was also key. Street parking was always accessible.

Great stay!

The house was lovely for our family and 2 dogs. We booked for Christmas and the property manager was very timely with responses. The check in process was easy and the house was perfect.

Family Visit Long Weekend

The property was just as it was described. Very comfortable and clean. My friend stayed in the 3rd bedroom downstairs and said it was very unexpectedly cozy. Would stay there again.

This is a cute, small house. Cozy living room, dining room with a great big table, and an extra room at the back that we used for storage. The kitchen size is good, but not much for cooking (we cook a lot) and the main bath is very small. The neighborhood is great and just where we wanted to be. Check-in instructions were clear, but the key pads were not obvious at first. The host responded immediately to our questions which was great!

Perfect urban location

Clean, with comfy beds and perfect for 3 couples. Short walk to a cute coffee shop. It was also very accommodating to our pet. It had everything we needed and the host was essy to communicate with. I will definitely be back. Thanks

Great location and loved the AC as it was hot!! Kitchen had lack of cooking tools (no barbecue tools and no serving bowls or mixing bowls). There were hornets in the backyard umbrella which made it hard to use. Nice shade in front and porch.

Quaint home in nice neighborhood near Wash Park

We loved the location just 4 blocks off of Wash Park. Quaint house with everything our family needed for our 2 week stay. Washer and dryer in the basement were very convenient. Cozy house, good wifi, bathroom was good however upstairs toilet was running on last day. Backyard was nice for our dogs. Very nice stay here. Check in process was very easy.

House needs work

Love this neighborhood, but this house need work. It looks like they renovated the kitchen and not much else. We had problems with the not-renovated parts of the house, specifically the wood floors splinters, bathtub clogged (probably by paint peeling off of the original tiles, and spiders/webs in the downstairs bed/vents. If they completed the renovation we would consider staying again, otherwise not.

Great location and cute house. Lots of space for our family of 5; if we had not previously lived in a bungalow in Wash Park, the little cubby holes in closets and odd broken areas of the house would’ve given me pause but I could appreciate the charm. Close to walk to Wash Perk (coffee) and the park itself. The house could use a little TLC and for a rental I thought it could’ve been more clean. Upstairs bathroom plastic shower curtain and standing water in the tub was annoying. We didn’t have an animal with us yet I got animal hair on my clothing from staying. And the dead bugs and spiderwebs all over basement made it a bit freaky for our 9 year old to stay downstairs alone. We appreciated the A/C as it was hot while we were there. Overall a good stay but a few improvements could be made.

Fantastic neighborhood and charming home

From the moment we walked in the front door we felt at home. The decor is stylish, furniture comfortable, and the home has so many charming features like arched doorways and built-in cabinets. Very comfortable for the whole family. Our favorite place to hang out was the front porch, with neighbors + dogs walking by all day. Great coffee shop a block away and Washington Park 10 min walk. Our son felt a bit banished in the basement bedroom and wished for a door but other 20 yr olds may care. Overall, we fell in love with this house and staying there was a highlight of our Denver trip!

Wonderful holiday weekend

There visiting my son in Denver for Thanksgiving, stayed here along with my husband and adult daughter. House was cute and cozy, bedrooms were roomy enough. One teeny bathroom for the two upstairs bedrooms (there's a third bedroom/second bathroom downstairs). Kitchen was clean, and large enough, but could have used more dinnerware and cookware (did a lot of dishwashing). Front door didn't latch well, took several tries to ensure the electronic deadbolt latched. Street parking was easy. Overall a great little house! Our Evolve property manager contact was easy to reach and answered questions quickly.
