Stunning views of the 18th fairway, fresh west coast air and amenities for the whole family, Vista 18 is the perfect home-away-from-home nestled in the Bear Mountain resort community.

Main floor has a chef's kitchen, high ceilings, two dining spaces, laundry room, powder room, and the Master bedroom and ensuite (equipped with a jacuzzi tub and steam shower).

The second floor holds four bedrooms (one king, one queen, one double, and two bunk beds), a tv, bathroom, bbq and outdoor space.

Quick drive down to the golf course, restaurants and recreation centre, or a 15-minute walk.

Lovely home with beautiful views

This house was spacious, in a nice neighborhood, and plenty of places to sit and relax. Perfect for our family trip to Canada. Loved the steam shower and hikes around the hills. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels and linens.

Beautiful home with amazing views

We had a wonderful stay at Ashley's property. The home is one of the best we've stayed at. Beautifully furnished, clean, amazing views, comfy beds. Ashley responded to any questions very promptly and even offered to help us with an issue that arose after check-out. I would highly recommend this property and would 100% book again!

Exceptional Host and Home

Ashley was exceptional with her communication to our various questions and accommodating our last minute needs. We took her advice for a location for our rehearsal dinner and it was exactly what we were looking for. The home was spacious and the bonus den served as a private room for our 2 year old. The home is well appointed and we will definitely stay there again

Property very nice and clean. Exactly as described in listing. No access to garage and no TV on Main Floor but certainly neither was a distraction from a very nice house.

Ashley is an amazing host and the property is great!

The house was beautiful and located at a great area. The check in and check out process were a breeze and communication with Ashley was tremendous. She is very helpful and responded very quickly. The kids loved the extra room for their activities. The full kitchen and the property as a whole was amazing. Only minor things we wanted to point out. We did find 4 spiders in the bedrooms and couple of the drawers in the bathroom still has some hair left in them when we checked in. The backyard was not very spacious, but the views were spectacular. My family and I overall loved our stay and will consider coming back to visit again in the future.

Gorgeous mountain getaway

This is a beautiful home in a fantastic neighborhood. The house is bright and open with plenty of space for our two families. We loved the view from the private balcony and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. This home is in a great location and worked perfectly for our daily excursions being central to everything that we had planned. Ashley was great to deal with and responded to any questions promptly and also gave us a fantastic local coffee that we are now hooked on! Thanks Ashley:)) Shopping is close by to pick up anything you need or have forgotten at home. I would not hesitate to recommend Vista 18 to anyone and hopefully will get a chance to return in the near future!

Excellent space

Clean, lovely location and space. Well equipped for group meals, and lots of space for lounging in. The mattresses were divine - really comfortable sleeps for everyone in our party. And the walk-in shower in the master is incredible. Two small downsides: 1) lack of mirrors anywhere besides the bathrooms. Makes for large groups getting ready tricky to coordinate. Heard this comment from two different ladies in our group. And 2) the keypad for entering the house is quite sensitive and I had to redo the combo several times as it would register a number twice in the sequence. But despite this, would recommend this place to anyone visiting the South Island and will be saving for future stays!
