There was some trash in the yard and roaches inside. I had to strip all the beds when we arrived, wash all the sheets and remake the beds.

My family and I stayed at this house while my husband and older sons replaced a roof in the area for a friend. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, easy to access, not far from groceries and fun stuff to do. The large fenced backyard was awesome for my little kids! The house is very clean, everything works, and the beds are comfortable. The garage even has some small pool and ping pong games, which my teens really loved in the evenings. Overall, this is a great place to stay, and we would happily rent it again from the awesome host.

Nice for Group Stay

Pros. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Not too far from restaurants and other stores. Very clean on the inside. Lots of cookware and utensils to use. Beds were all very clean and comfortable. Open floor plan, was nice to have everyone together. Showers were amazing, plan on remodeling mine to match style and shower head. No bathtub, both walk in showers. Large frigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer (are in the garage and quiet). Easy entrance, no real steps other than little step by the door. Nice size driveway with garage. Large yard with privacy in back. Nice game table in the garage with mini pool, fussball, other games. Cons The back yard is really muddy if wet. It rained 1st 2 days so we didn't use it. Also family member found some small broken glass in the yard so we stayed on the patio. Entry code I got initially was wrong. They were easy to get in touch with so it wasnt a problem other than the initial scare of not being able to get in after a long trip. There was an open bag of coffee left in the cabinet, thought that was just weird but not a problem, we brought our own. Only a small, very short charcoal grill so no way i was going to cook for a large group on it. Would be ok for smaller group though. Pullout in TV room not real comfortable to sleep on. Overall It was a nice, clean place to stay, we were out alot with a graduation and all but it was plenty big for our group of 8. No major complaints and would definitely consider staying there again.
