Great place! Clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Love the decor. Host was easy to communicate with. Very quiet area/private. Country feel with close proximity to downtown. Check in was easy. Stayed with family to watch baseball at the nearby stadium. 5 of us had plenty of space. Had a great stay.
It was definitely quaint, charming and relaxing. The area was very peaceful and pleasant. It wasn’t too far to Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg.Thank you for sharing your home.
I love the house. I only wished it was warm during our stay to enjoy the fantastic porch and backyard space. We are a TV family, so EVERYONE was thrilled that there was a TV in each bedroom, as that's extremely rare in most rental homes. My 4-star rating was only because you are forced to do an additional deposit with the rental company after VRBO. Read the fine print, it's there, but the rates are not published. Otherwise, if you like quiet, country living, this is the space for you! Plus, the highway and choice of restaurants are about 2 miles away.
I needed a place for me and my family of 6, for my daughter's college graduation weekend. I am so lucky to have found this property. The house is beautiful, clean and spacious. Every room has a tv, there is a full size washer and dryer, fun games, it's located in a quiet and secluded area, pretty lights in the backyard, fire pit and great outdoor seating. Kudos to the owners for also fielding my questions...and I had many! Another plus: My elderly parents loved it, especially the easy walk-in shower in the master. If I'm ever in Knoxville again, I would not hesitate to return here.
