About this property

1st floor, FP, mtn & pond view, deck, pool, pet-friendly. F1663 by LRS

This ground-floor garden-style condominium is just a short distance from the swim club at Forest Ridge and has beautiful views of the pond and mountains. Drop your shoes and coats in the foyer and then enter to the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The galley-style kitchen offers a dishwasher, microwave, and electric stove with a self-clean oven. The dining area has a spacious table with seating for six. Four additional seats are available close by at the kitchen counter. The living room area contains comfortable overstuffed seating, a flat-screen television with a DVD player, and the enjoyment of a gas fireplace for those cool fall nights. The generous back deck is accessed through a sliding door in the living area, and you can step through the gate to the backyard and grill. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, flat-screen television, an attached full private bath, and a separate sliding door to the back deck. The second bedroom has a double and a twin bed, while the third and final bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and some board games. In the hall between the primary bedroom and the remaining bedrooms, you will find the laundry room with a washer and dryer and a second full bath.

Forest Ridge 166-3 is just a short distance from the Forest Ridge Club House, where you can enjoy the indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, exercise and game rooms, as well as the tennis courts. Use of swim club requires digital key access.

Problems, no ice cubes, scratch on door leading to mud room, panel on blinds in living room, dirty, the lock on the bedroom door leading to the deck must be checked on.Overall, owners very generous with supplies, and little gift that they leave. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was beautiful. The description was accurate with the layout, amenities and location. The only thing is when you walk in to the unit there is a very strong musty smell. I emptied the dishwasher and dusted the coffee table. Restaurants were close by and we enjoyed some delicious meals. I would recommend this location for easy access for everything the mountains have to offer.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was clean but there was definitely signs of wear. Considering how high the pet fee was, I was surprised to see scratches on the doors etc. from previous guests. That being said, we loved how quiet it was and there was lots of green spaces for the dogs.

Moldy smell in entrance (rug)? Floors had to be mopped (socks got dirty) dirty wash cloth in drawer of bureau, light bulb burnt out outside patio couldn’t use or see at night, patio door glass dirty, who ever cleans the place does an awful job. Could not figure out how to use the master bedroom tv. Master bathroom tub faucet drips, deadbolt on entry door needs tightening, inside drawer of oven needs cleaning. I used the oven top cleaner and had to scrape the burnt on ring off the burner as it smelled bad while cooking. The pull out spray in the kitchen sink doesn’t work right. The garbage cans had stinky stuff in the bottoms of them. Bad odor every time the drawer was opened. The hand soap dispensers were watered down and running out. Anyone walking around upstairs is noisy..woken up early due to it. Someone left a dog duty bag near the entry to the place I threw it out so I wouldn’t be blamed for it. The hot tub and pool looked ok but I did not use them.The view from the living room was pleasant and the gas fireplace was a nice touch. The living room furniture is super uncomfortable to sit in. No back support at all.It was nice that it is a pet friendly place and near attractions and the Kancamagus Hwy.
