Relax in privacy on a covered deck with amazing , changing views, clear night starry skies and lovely sunrises & sunsets.
800m off the main Rd through tree lined driveway brings you to this exclusive piece of Mangawhai. Just minutes from Mangawhai Village & 10 mins to Heads Beach. Close to local amenities yet still in the peace and quiet of the countryside. Off grid (plenty of power) self contained, 3m x 7m cabin complete with queen sized bed. Sofa, TV, heater, bathroom/shower and a small dining/kitchen area. new wifi being installed.
The space
Own private driveway and free large parking space for vehicles with room for turning a trailer/motor home Good large turning space, even with a trailer.
Cabin is private & 100m away from other dwellings,
All mobile phone providers get good reception at cabin. We can offer an inflatable single mattress to a 3rd guest.
24/7 laundry available in village Cabin has TV and a DVD player and a big selection of DVD movies.
Guest access
Easy check in we unlock ranch slider by 3pm. Cabin is down a 800m long tree lined driveway. Cabin has its own private entrance on large covered deck.
Cabin is totally off grid and we ask that any lotions or cleaning fluids put down the sinks be reasonably eco friendly in order to keep our bio tank friends happy :)

The host was very lovely and friendly who respected our privacy. The accommodation had all the basics that you needed and it even had an extensive range of DVD's.The view of the countryside was great and very relaxing.We will be back again when we are in Mangawhai again.

Awesome wee cottage with huge views. Had everything we needed and lots of privacy tucked down a lovely tree lined long driveway. Great communication with owner. Great base to explore the local markets, beaches and trails. Will definitely be back.

Mangawhai is a beautiful tourist spot & burgeoning area with the estuary, sand dunes ,surf beaches & nature walks incl the ever Popular Cliff /beach walk. There's Artisan & produce markets ,cafes & restaurants and a wonderful vibe to relax to:)
What makes this property unique
Walk onto a big deck overlooking expansive wide views over the country side with with rare sheep & lambs frolicking around our small farm. We've also newly renovated so it's a gr8 time to book!
