The lower level has 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom & a lovely patio on the boardwalk. The upper level has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a roof top deck to enjoy the summer breezes.

The Space:
This stunning ocean front property has everything you may need for the perfect beach get away. With a large patio just steps away from the sand that fully opens to the airy living area, you can enjoy the ocean breeze from the cozy couches inside. Or head to the roof top deck to enjoy the sunset from above.
The lower unit's kitchen is fully equipped with the best appliances with a bar and large dining table for ocean front cooking and dining. Followed by the spacious patio on the boardwalk, just steps from the sand. Down the hall just past the kitchen is the full bathroom shared by the 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 full beds and the master at the end of the hall has a queen bed. There is a small laundry closet with a stacking washer and dryer just off the master bedroom.
The airy upper living area with wall to wall windows and a small balcony offers stunning ocean views. The kitchen has state of the art appliances and a dining table to seat everyone. Down the hall, you will find all 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 full beds and an en suit bathroom that has double access from the hall as well. At the end of the hall is the master bedroom with a queen bed and an en suite bathroom. Next door is the last bedroom with another queen bed and a built in desk area.
Off the hall, you'll find the door that leads up the stairs to the rooftop deck with ample seating and a BBQ. Perfect for serving up grilled goods during a beautiful sunset.
This home is a short walk to the Balboa Village and fun zone, filled with plenty of cute shops, restaurants, and activities for the whole family. Rent an e-bike or take the Balboa Ferry across to the island to check out the shops and restaurants along Marine Ave.
The home has a garage that fits 2 small vehicles, larger vehicles may not fit due to the more compact garages in Newport.

-We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.
