Great Location/Clean

Enjoyed our stay here - great location to downtown and beach. Amazing sunrises! Place was clean and comfortable for us and our adult kids. Some items could be updated like cookware and beach chairs. Overall, we would like to return. Carolina Beach is a nice place to visit.

Great stay

Great place, very large and the views were wonderful. The only issue I had was that there is one main door to the balcony that locks, then the sliding glass doors that enter the condo from the balcony did not lock. In theory no one would be able to enter the balcony to get in, but being on vacation with 2 kids, the not locking sliding doors made me nervous.

Great location

The unit was exactly as described. Plenty of space, kitchen well-stocked with everything we needed for meal prep and just steps to the beach! Loved the extra large oceanfront balcony/deck. The pool was immaculate and never crowded. For us,the bed in Master was more firm than what we like and in other room, the queen bed was much too soft.

Great Rental would rent again

Exactly as advertised. Large, comfortable, clean, well appointed condo. Location was stellar! Just steps to the beach and an incredible view off the deck. Had everything we needed, Well stocked kitchen, included linens and paper products that are not always available in rentals. A lot of extras too like beach gear and board/card games.

Oceanfront views and proximity to the beach were the best part about the space. Large balcony with seating. Tips for folks going bring your own towels for showering and the pool. Kitchen is decently stocked. Large kitchen table and seating. The sliding glass doors to the front and back balcony do not lock. So if going with small children consider this a safety concern. The front balcony ledge, my 7 year old could lean over it so we had an adult at all times with her on the front balcony, the back balcony had higher rails. Owners were very responsive.

Our stay at the beach

Not really as advertised in the on line photos. The unit was clean, but not as nice as it looked in the photos. We really didn't get to spend much time on the porch because of the cable wire. There was a lot of slack in the wire . wwithew

From the owner: Hi Darlene, we are sorry to hear the property was not what you expected.The photos in the listing are accurate, we're not sure what you felt did not match the listing.Regarding the loose cable wires, when we were there a month ago, they were not hanging low. We went to the property, tightened the cables on both ends and, ensured they are safe and secure. We have also added a notice to all our guests "Please do not stand on, rest feet on, or climb on wire railings". The safety of our guests is a top priority and we feel this is the best way to handle this. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Great place!

We had a fabulous stay at this condo. It was beachfront and pool front. You can’t beat the location and view! Be aware of the parking situation with the neighbors. It is tandem parking for one car, so if you need to leave and are blocked in, you have to call them to let you out. There is overflow parking at the pool but there are only 6 spaces. Fortunately we didn’t have an issue, and the condo owners were on standby in case we had an issue.
