Modern 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with 2 parking spots.

- Attached heated single car garage + outdoor parking stall (*garage is best suited for cars and mid size SUVs).
- Central air conditioning.
- TV and complimentary wireless internet.
- Open concept main floor. The living space flows towards an incredible balcony with outstanding mountain views. Includes a Weber Genesis GAS BBQ and 6 person dining table. Half bath on this floor.
- Upstairs has 2 bedrooms each with there own ensuite bathroom and black out blinds. The first bedroom has 1 queen bed with a ceiling fan and glass shower. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds (*queen on top of queen bunk bed) and shower/bathtub.

Child gates installed at the top and bottom of each stair case (*please note the queen on top of queen bunk bed is adult height - top bunk not suitable for small children).

New walking trail along Bow Valley Trail for ease of walking, running, biking into town.

Stunning mountain views of the Bow Valley include the iconic Three Sisters Peaks, Rundle Mountain, Mount Lady Macdonald, Grotto Mountain and Bald Eagle Peak.
