Unwind with a book or explore the region’s history, acclaimed restaurants or abundance of cellar doors. For those who enjoy activity, the roads around Millthorpe are perfect for walking and cycling.
The space
208 Retreat is a stylish and fully self-contained. The one bedroom/one bathroom guest house is newly built, well-appointed and extremely comfortable . Features include double glazed windows; air conditioning; a full kitchen - oven, microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher; a luxurious king bed with electric blanket and superb French linen; bathroom with lux towels and underfloor heating; a small deck to sit back and enjoy a coffee or wine while taking in the garden views.
Guest access
Guests have access to the fully self-contained accommodation, outdoor barbeque and private garden space.

Parking is adjacent to the accommodation.

The main house is close by and we are more than happy to assist in any way.
Other things to note
A delicious breakfast, featuring farm eggs, is supplied.

Toiletries are supplied however, being mindful of the environment, these will not be individually packaged.
Additionally we ask that the air conditioner be used only when necessary.

208 Retreat is non smoking.

Pets are not allowed.

The Hosts were delightful and very accommodating, the facilities were excellent in a very peaceful environment. Less than 5 Minutes from Milthorpe CBD. The Guest House was an exemplary layout and concept, clean, and above all very comfortable. Thoroughly recommend this establishment.

Perfect Autumn retreat!

Elizabeth thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast goodies including freshly laid eggs were a real treat and we loved sitting in the early morning sun as it streamed through the north facing windows. The property itself is so peaceful and quiet with a beautiful outlook.
