We had a great time staying at this property. The house was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The location was great with access to the best of Franklin County. The view of the mountains was terrific. We can't recommend this property highly enough. We hope to make it back!

The property is newly renovated, spacious and very-well equipped with any kitchen utensil you might need. The beds are comfortable. We stayed there for a ski trip to Sugarloaf. The ski area is about 30 minute drive from the house. We loved that there is a grocery store and restaurant options nearby. We will be back again.

I came back for a second visit - everything as described and ready on short notice.I was there during 'extreme heat' warnings and the AC easily kept the house cool and comfortable. I saw a few foxes out by the pond again - thumbs up.

Great.
Great place - there is a very extensive welcome book all about the house and area. Book had a (much appreciated) Truck/ATV route to a hiking trailhead - early June 2025 it's passable in a non-lifted Nissan Frontier, but I found tight sections, steep sections, loose rocks, soft mud, a couple of washouts - dinged a skid plate on a submerged rock - all packed into about 4 miles. I think the only convenient place to turn around is the trailhead, but it's an enjoyable piece of driving if you're into it. The view from the kitchen is great, there was a group of three or foxes hanging out by the pond while I was there. Hosts went out of their way to move some property maintenance around so I could have a quiet zoom call, and I thought that was above and beyond considerate of them. I'd definitely go back.
Beautiful property to snowmobile from. Stu was a great host via text and was gracious to let us check in early and let us park the trailer on the property while we got one last ride in. BTW, the parking area is MASSIVE! The house itself was very clean and open with fantastic views of Mt Abraham and beyond. I highly recommend staying there.
