Bedroom 1: 1 x King (this can be split into 2 x singles upon request).
Living Room: 1 x Sofa Bed (sleeps 2 x children or 1 x adult)

If you require for the bed to be split into singles, please let us know at least 7 days prior to your arrival to ensure we can accommodate your request.

Parking – 1 x off street parking + on street parking.

Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who uses professionally laundered linen & towels.

Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.
