Fantastic!

The house is charming, spacious, and comfortable; it was perfect for our family of seven adults. The house was extremely clean and well-equipped for our needs, including cooking dinner most nights of the week we were there. But even better than the house were our hostesses, Veronique and Anne. They were beyond gracious. We had quite a few travel problems but Veronique was at the house when we arrived and her daughter Anne came soon after. They were able to take care of our rental car problem, taking my husband to rent a car on a Sunday evening because of their personal connections with the garage owner! They showed us where a market was and even took us to a local restaurant so we could get some dinner and introduced us to the proprietor. As amazing as Normandy and its history was, the best part was our wonderful hostesses! I wish I could write this all in French so they will know how grateful we are but my French is limited. I hope someone will make sure they know the content of this review. We could not be happier with the house and with them as our vacation angels! Sincerely, Dr. Kristi S. Fowler

Une très agréable maison

La maison est grande, bien équipée, confortable et très propre. Elle est idéalement située au calme, en pleine campagne, près de la mer et de Bayeux.Le jardin est magnifique et nous avons pu profiter du terrain de pétanque, de la table de Ping Ping, des transats. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec famille et amis. L’hôte, Veronique est extrêmement sympathique et disponible. Je recommande

Magnifique logement au cœur des plages du débarquement.

Nous avons logé à 10 dans cette maison parfaitement adaptée. Suffisamment de place, chambres avec literie très confortable, cuisine avec tout le matériel nécessaire, linge à disposition. Bois disponible pour le feu ouvert très agréable en hiver. La propriétaire est très sympathique et très réactive. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce logement.

Une semaine de bonheur

Après un an depuis notre premier séjour, la maison est toujours aussi chaleureuse et agréable. Les enfants s'y sentent très bien. Tout le nécessaire s'y trouve et le jardin est simplement parfait. Véronique et son mari, les propriétaires, sont toujours disponible et sont vraiment très gentil. Nous y reviendrons une troisième fois et bien plus !

Un nid douillet

Maison très agréable, dotée d'une véranda lumineuse et de nombreux équipements. La situation géographique est parfaite avec de nombreux sites remarquables à proximité. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié les dizaines de livres disséminés un peu partout dans la maison ainsi que la gentillesse des propriétaires.

Superbe semaine

Un accueil chaleureux, une semaine détente et agréable. La maison est très agréable et très adaptée pour le groupe de 9 que nous étions. Nous n'avons manqué de rien ! Le jardin est un sacré atout comme la proximité des plages... De plus, Véronique et son époux se sont montrés très disponible et sont vraiment super. Nous reviendrons, c'est sur !

un séjour tres apprécie de tous , petits et grands

nous avons passés une semaine merveilleuse dans cette maison très agréable et parfaitement équipée. Une pièce dédiée aux enfants, une cheminée très agréable, un très beau jardin et des cheveaux , une propriétaire tres a l écoute et très serviable, nous reviendrons c sur.

En ce qui me concerne, j'ai bien apprécié nos échanges et j'ai été particulièrement impressionnée par votre homard d'un kilo 300 qui ne rentrait dans aucun faitout ou cocotte pourtant prévus pour 10 personnes. Nous avons eu ainsi plaisir a vous accueillir autour d'un verre le temps de sa cuisson sans parler de votre adorable petite fille qui se précipitait dans mes bras. A bientôt j'espère

Gîte très bien aménagé, agréable, spacieux et très bien équipé. Un endroit idéalement situé pour découvrir les plages du Débarquement et l'arrière-pays normand. Les propriétaires nous ont chaleureusement accueillis et ont été très disponibles pendant le séjour. A recommander sans hésiter!

We had a wonderful short break at your property with all our family (including our American grandchildren. Everything was spotless when we arrived and extremely well equipped with plenty of space for our big group. The open fire was lovely and appeciated so much when we arrived after a very bumpy sea crossing over the Channel! The shops were close and the boulangerie excellent. There was nothing lacking in the property and the children enjoyed the games like ping-pong and boules in the garden. We would love to return again and were sorry we could not stay longer but the children needed to get back to the USA for school!! It is so well positioned for the tourist sites of the area. the boys have been studying about WW2 and the Normandy landing sites so it all became very relevant. You made us feel very welcome and were there to answer any queries. Your website pictures and description were very accurate. We have lovely memories and thank you for all you did to make it easy for us. Happy New Year 2014.
