We had the best stay at the cottage. Every single bit of attention to detail was thought out. The bed are soooo comfy, we had a beautiful welcome basket including dog treats, a super informative welcome pack. The garden is secure for dogs with the adds bonus of a waterfall at the bottom. Area was perfectly central to go exploring. Owners were really helpful answering any questions. We can’t wait to go back!

Really enjoyed our week at Llys Deulyn.
Really enjoyed our week at Llys Deulyn. The cottage was warm, comfortable and ideal for our needs. The covered outdoor area was an excellent facility that allowed us to sit outside in the pouring rain without getting wet. The stream behind the cottage was gushing and a short stroll from the door gave views of waterfalls that would rival Swallow Falls without the charge or crowds. Allowing two dogs was great for us and there are good walks from the cottage. The welcome basket was very nice. We would very happily return to this cottage in the future.

Great property.
Great property. Lovely enclosed garden. Friendly village. Choice of local pubs and small butchers/grocers. There is a kids park on the pathway to the suspend bridge. Some nice local walks and only a 5 minute drive from the nearest small town. Handy for days out and activities.

We were the first to use this cottage due to COVID 19 and we were so reassured by the owners they could not have been more informative in relation to the lengths that they had gone to and when we arrived they certain had and with just the amount of literature with reference to COVID 19.
David the owner set prior to our visit clear instructions on how to get there and informative information on places to visit and also about local business which was really helpful.
This cottage was excellent especially it was big. Each bedroom was a good size both with full size bathrooms for each. A lovely welcome pack even for the dogs which way lovely. Across the road is Roualeyn Fuchsias Nursery which shows in the Chelsea Flower show and is worth a visit.
I would not hesitate to recommend this cottage and will definitely stay there again when visiting Wales.

A very tastefully decorated and furnished cottage in a quiet corner of this lovely village. The cottage has a river at the bottom of the garden and the sound of the nearby waterfalls fills the air. Everything in the cottage was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. There were a lot of extras provided and a very nice welcome pack. The village is very well placed for many good walks in the area which are well signposted. Easy to get to places such as Bodnant, Conwy, Snowdon. If we come back to this area we wouldn't hesitate to rebook.

Lovely, cosy cottage, comfortable and definitely pet friendly (first time we’ve come across a dog waste bin...great idea). High quality bed and bedding. Equipped with everything you could need. Fantastic welcome pack. Friendly owners on hand but not intrusive. Quiet location...only noise is the gushing river behind the cottage. The most stunning walks from the doorstep ...Trefriw Trails, Llyn Crafnant, Llyn Geirionydd. Great base for Snowdonia. Would happily stay again.
