The main home has 5 bedrooms with 2 baths. Upper level bedroom resembles your own ship and has four built in twin beds - with their own light and power. Pull out trundles will add to the fun. Two twins beds in upper back bedroom. Large full bath nearby. Main level includes 2 first floor queen bedrooms and another large bedroom with bunk beds. The main areas includes multiple sitting, reading and dining areas with outstanding lake views. Large kitchen provides a second dining area. Front porch has rocking chairs and swing for those lake breezes.

Pool House:
The home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Separate kitchenette and dining area including sink, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and Keurig. Lower bedroom has one full bed. Upper loft boasts 1 queen bed and two single beds - perfect for a family. Newly remodeled full upper level full bath. The pool house includes a poker style card table and bumper pool.

Pool Area:
Tired of boating for the day - relax in your own lake front resort area. Enjoy the heated in ground pool with integrated hot tub and waterfall. One of a kind design with direct lake views. Fire pit with seating for those late night gatherings. Patio furniture to enjoy the sun or shade. Heating of pool included in the cleaning fee.

*Parking for a maximum of 6 vehicles (or 5 vehicles and 1 trailer). This includes the upper and lower parking lot. This is strictly enforced.
*Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (16 people at full capacity).
*Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, bachelor/bachelorette parties, photo-shoots, filming are not permitted.
*This lake house is a family rental, located near year round residents. If you are looking for a party house, this is not the rental for you.
