Kamaole Sands #7-403, a spacious fourth floor (top level), 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a partial ocean view. Located across the street from Kamaole Beach III, Kamaole Sands #7-403 is great for fun-filled days and quiet evenings. All the amenities from home plus all your needs for the beach are available in the unit! This model has the the larger-sized lanai, providing additional room for dinning and enjoying the beautiful outdoor scenery. The 15 acre tropical grounds include BBQ stations, a beautiful pool, a hot tub, workout room, and tennis and pickleball courts.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience.

The balcony was large enough that we could eat out there. We didn’t have very many chances to eat outside because we were there during the first storm. It was nice they had beach towels boogie boards and beach chairs to use. Except for the storm, it was a very great place to stay during the first storm.

Nice, clean, lovely condo with comfy beds. Tennis clinic was fun. Pool and hot tub were a little crowded but nice. Loved the mango and avocado trees. Nice, easy walk to the beach.

The property was very central and close to so many things. Check in instructions were super simple. The property was clean but we did see a cockroach and a few ants, they warn about this though. Loved our stay here.

Kamaole Sands 7-403

Kamaole Sands is the place to stay when on Maui. It's location is ideal with the beach right across the street, and the local amenities a short walk or drive away. We really enjoyed our stay, there were one or two minor hiccups that we could easily fix, but all in all, everything about the place was just as advertised.

Another Incredible Stay

This was our third stay at Kamaole Sands. It is amazing every time but this one was top notch! The unit is amazing and exactly as described. Pool was great and we loved the large porch. We were able to see the sunrise over the mountain and sunset over the water. Comfy beds. Clean and safe property. Already can’t wait to come back.

Fantastic getaway!

This vacation rental was absolutely perfect for our family of four. Kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, spacious condo and I feel calmer just thinking about our stay. The community of Kamaole Sands is very family friendly and I appreciated that things didn’t get loud in the evenings since my daughters have early bed times and frankly our jet lag had us all turning in early :) South Kihei is an ideal location and the beach across the street is perfect for swimming and even some sea turtle encounters! I loved that we were walking distance to shops and restaurants as well. Cannot wait to visit again!

Best visit to Maui yet! Place is better than pictures and write up is accurate but truly understated. Fit our family of 5 perfectly and the two full separate baths are perfect for a families needs. Overall the home is lovely and description from host matched accurately and more…The large, patio 10/10 and we enjoyed it every morning for coffee and gourmet dinners. The host was responsive and accurate to all needs.
