Very basic

It was ok for a one night stop over, which is fine if that’s all you want. Don’t get me wrong, I couldn’t fault Angie as a host, very approachable. But there is a lack of information about the units that don’t tell you that there is literally just a door between adjoining rooms, and like a previous review noted, very little sound privacy between you and what could be other guests, luckily for us there were no other guests either side of us the night we stayed.

Not a hayloft at all

This is part of a very poorly converted farm building. There is very little separating the units and I could hear the chap next door snoring as if he were in the room with me. There is no insulation whatsoever so it was unbearably hot when I stayed and would be freezing in winter. The WiFi did not work at all- the host said this was because of roadworks! It seemed to be a good place for someone working in the area on low wages wanting to send as much as possible home. And it is not in Yarm.

You arrived in the middle of a heatwave ,and not that you’ve stayed in winter !! my cottages are very cosy .I had no other complaints about WI/FI during your stay The room could of been left a lot cleaner and maybe you need to brush up on your geography too We are in Yarm !
