Upon entering the apartment you immediately come into a long hallway with bright natural light coming from the large skylight window. Here you can see a view of the church with it's beautiful stained glass windows and architecture. On the left is the bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and sink. Further down the hall are two double bedrooms with built in wardrobes, each have skylight windows that offer blackout shades.
The apartment is single level with open plan living room and kitchen with small breakfast bar area which can work as a laptop space too. There is a plush sofa and chair with coffee table and wall mounted smart TV with access to Netflix. The kitchen is L shaped and has all major appliances, dishware and cookware for your stay. This open plan area is bright with two large skylight windows on each side of the room offering views on the church and city rooftops.
Step outside and whether you turn left or right you will be in the heart of all the top spots within a few minutes walk. This really is an ideal base for couples, singles, and small families looking to check in and soak up the city sights immediately.

This property uses the Cloverleaf Peace of Mind Checklist, which follows cleaning and disinfection guidelines provided by the CDC, EPA, and World Health Organization. All of our properties are cleaned thoroughly, and we disinfect our bathrooms,kitchens, and major touch points like light switches, doorknobs, tabletops,electronics, appliances, lock boxes/digital keypads, and control panels.
We provide linens, towels, a starter supply of paper products, shampoo, soap, laundry tabs.
** Please note there is not a lift in this building and access is via 4 flights of stairs. Other things to note: We do not rent to locals.
**NOISE SENSITIVE PROPERTY - STRICTLY QUIET HOURS BETWEEN 10PM AND 8AM**. This building is equipped with a non recording noise monitor which is set to acceptable thresholds for conversation during 10pm and 8am. Excessive noise alerts will be treated as a violation. If we are contacted by the management company or neighbours about a disturbance this will result in a total loss of security deposit and an early termination of your rental agreement.
