The superb accommodation has beach-inspired decor and includes an entrance hall which leads to a glorious beamed sitting room with comfortable seating, a bay window, the wood burning stove and TV/DVD. The hallway also leads to a lovely dining room which seats up to five people, ideal for enjoying a family breakfast or discussing the day's adventures over dinner - and overlooks the rear garden.

The brand new kitchen is very stylish with its superb granite work surfaces and original Yorkshire stone floors; well-equipped, it has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher and microwave, plus a built-in wine rack and a washing machine and dryer. It is open plan with the dining room, so you can keep the cook company! The kitchen leads to the garden.
First Floor
On the first floor there are two bedrooms. To the front is a good-size family bedroom with double bed and a single bed. The master bedroom has sea views and can be a twin or the two 3' single beds can be joined to make a 6' super king bed.

There is an immaculate house bathroom tiled in quality white and blue Delft tiles with a bath, shower over, WC and hand wash basin plus an electrc shaver socket in-built into the over-basin mirror.
Outside
Outside is a pretty lawn and planted borders wih shrubs and plants plus a flagged terrace with a table and chairs – enjoy the first cuppa of the morning and enjoy the view or a nightcap under the stars!

Whitby is a charming and atmospheric town of winding streets and hidden alleys, with a picturesque harbour, safe sandy beaches and of course the Abbey, reached by the famous 199 steps.
