A lovely spacious house.Well equipped kitchen.Close to lovely walks, pubs and local shop.Beach not far to walk. Nice quiet garden to sit and t relax ln.

Booking was very easy and the information provided by the host was very useful. The details provided on your site was a good reflection of what was provided in the form of accommodation and facilities at the property. The last 100 metres of our arrival was along a very poorly maintained private track/road, with very large potholes, to the drive way leading to the house. Plenty of parking available on the drive but a good weed of the gravel would be beneficial to the overall approach to the property.The access to the property was as detailed in the information provided and the arrival pack was extensive and very useful throughout our stay. The welcome basket of local produce was the best we have ever received containing: wine, juice, butter, fresh bread, milk, eggs, coffee, cake, jam and more!!!!The property was as detailed and fairly well presented, however some areas require modernisation and upgrading. The ceiling fans were extremely useful and provided some relief to the very hot weather we experienced last week. We visited lots of sites in the area, including: Winchelsea, Rye, Battle, Hastings(old town) numerous wildlife parks, all fantastic and well worth a visit.Overall, we had a great time at Stoats and thoroughly enjoyed staying in the property and exploring the local area.

Sehr schöne, super ausgestattete Wohnung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und super ausgestattet: wir haben jeden Abend für acht Personen gekocht und haben dafür in der Küche alles gefunden, was man nur brauchen könnte ( Handrührgerät, Auflaufformen, gute Pfannen, Töpfe, genug Geschirr etc). Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Das Haus ist gut gelegen und es gibt viele schöne Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Der Kontskt mit den Vermietern war sehr nett. Alles bestens also -danke!!
