Absolutely awful

Dirty, in need of repair, unsafe, we walked in and walked out. No help from the owner or vrbo absolute disaster ruined the holiday !!!

Avoid this property

My family and I arrived at this property and were distraught when we entered it. This property is not habitable and should never have been listed as such. I had no help whatsoever from VRBO despite sending them both photographic and video evidence. VRBO claimed the issues were minor which I absolutely dispute and would not offer a refund or alternative accommodation. I had to put myself and my family up in a local hotel that has cost me a considerable amount of money.

I went to a great deal of effort to make sure that everything was ready for these guests, they brought extra people which I was fine with. The last I had heard was that they were all hapily swimming in the pool. They never mentioned any problem untill the day they were due to move out. If there had been a genuine problem I would have organised to fix it straight away, but nothing was mentioned at the time.
