Trams are now running from the Edinburgh airport to Leith / Ocean Terminal and Newhaven. The flat is very close to the tram stop so SUPER convenient for getting into / from the city centre and the Edinburgh airport as well! Fast and frequent services. Convenient to Everything

This cute apartment is close to anything you may need, from wine on the corner to some pretty amazing restaurants. Close to the tram & easily accessible by Uber. It's a very safe neighborhood as well! The hosts were very responsive & even allowed us to pick up some clothing we had forgotten. Overall, great experience!

Good location about a half hour walk to the Castle. Felt safe in the area walking. Had a slight problem with the water heater but the contact for the property was quick to respond and walked us through a solution to fix it. The property manager was very responsive with any correspondence. Would look at renting other properties with them

This is a really peaceful location but it is five minutes’ walk from the hustle and bustle of Leith Walk where you will find shops, restaurants and bars. Local supermarkets such as Sainsbury's and Tesco are very near too.
