Spring in Florence

Comfortable and highly convenient location on upper floor with elevator. As others have mentioned the area is busy and can be quite noisy well into the early morning hours. While it didn’t present as problematic for us per se, it might for others.

In the middle of the action!

A unique accommodation in the heart of the city. The location was both a big pro (super close walk to everything a tourist would want to see) but also a con (the windows block no noise so you hear people and vehicles all night long—not a good place for light sleepers) The place itself suited our needs and the check-in and out process was a breeze. The bedroom has 2 armchairs that convert into cots, but that also makes the layout look really weird/empty in photos. Overall, we were happy with our stay but if the location was a block further from the action or if the windows were updated then we would have been even happier.

Amazing location in Florence~

The apartment is in an unbelievable location in Florence. The views from our windows were beautiful. It's on the top floor and there is a lift outside the door. This is a huge bonus! During our trip we stayed in many apartments on 4th and 5th floors without a lift. The apartment has the basics, but not much else. The only negative is the noise from the street and inside the building at night. This had been mentioned in other reviews, but I didn't realize it would be quite so loud throughout the night and early morning. Giampaolo is a great host! He was so easy to communicate with and is very responsive. The directions he provided are excellent. We walked from the train station in the rain and found it with ease.

Perfect location

We had a great stay in this centrally located apartment. It’s a lovely space with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is in a great position for exploring all that Florence has to offer.

Perfect stay in Florence

This was a very clean and and unique accommodation. Very close to the duomo and popular sights. The studio was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Check-in and check-out was perfectly simple.
