A newish build, at just a mile and a half (2.6km) from Eyre Square, my place feels as if in the middle of the country. It’s a separate, self-contained, completely private extension to the main house.
Whilst only a 10 minute walk from the nearest bus stop, which has a reasonably frequent service, having your own transport is preferable, with lots of parking space around the extension/chalet.
Other than food, everything else is provided.
Do not book our space if you want the buzz & noise of the city, as we are on its outskirts.

Beds are "SuperKing" doubles, one of which can be split into two singles - just ask in advance and I'll make up whichever format you like.

Living/dining/kitchen combined. Full CH.
Smart TV hooked up to superfast broadband & Satellite.  Free superfast wi-fi

BBQ and outside eating furniture, adjacent to mature wooded area.

The "chalet" as we call it, is actually an extension to our home but can be completely isolated from the main house by locking a connecting door. As a "stand alone" unit, it is completely self sufficient.

Living "next door" to the accommodation, we are available at any time for help & advice should any be needed. Other than that, we believe that our guests are entitled to their privacy
