Semi-detached villa with sea view with independent entrance. Location Parghelia, just 3 km from Tropea. You can reach Michelino beach in a few minutes on foot and also in the village, where there are food shops, ice cream parlors and local restaurants, a pharmacy, etc.
The villa has a private garden with barbecue and patio for outdoor dining, and sea view from the balcony on the first floor. Private garage with internal staircase accessing the house. Air conditioning in all rooms.
Ground floor: large living room / kitchen with large sofa bed; spacious shower room.
Kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishwasher.
First floor: Double bedroom with extra large bed and twin/double bedroom, both with French doors onto sea view balcony and ceiling fans. Bathroom with washing machine.

Great place, great beach!

We enjoyed our stay with our 2 little children very much. The house offers everything that we needed, we enjoyed the view on the sea and we felt in love with Michelino beach in walking distance. Thank you very much, Louise and Lino!

Parghelia zum Entspannen

Vielen Dank für das liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienhaus, das uns wunderschöne Ferien beschert hat. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts vermissen. Eine Waschmaschine ist immer gut, wenn man mit Kindern verreist. Tiefgarage super, schont das Auto vor der Hitze. Strandnähe sehr angenehm. Der Ortskern kann gut zu Fuß erreicht werden. Sehr nette, unkomplizierte Vermieterin, polyglott, hilft auf Anfrage in allen Belangen gerne weiter. Für Familien gut geeignetes Domizil. Terrasse unten und Balkon oben, einfach angenehm. Deckenventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern sind vorhanden, laufen sehr ruhig, stört nachts nicht. Die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet, haben oft selbst gekocht. Großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach vorhanden, braucht man bei der Hitze im Sommer eben. 👍 Fazit: sehr empfehlenswert, kommen gerne wieder...

Abiamo soggiornato dal 7lug al 14lug la casa è uguale alle foto e pulita e ben tenuta. I proprietari sono delle persone bravissime è molto accoglienti! Bellissimo il posto torneremo sicuramente!

Grosses Haus mit sehr freundliche Besitzer nur 220 Stufen vom Meer entfernt

Die Unterkunft sieht wie auf den Fotos aus. Geräumig, sauber, sehr gepflegt. Der Sitzplatz ist von Blumen gesäumt, was auch sehr entspannend ist. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Geben gute Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants etc. Haus ist nur 220 Stufen vom Meer entfernt. Der Strand sieht super aus. Vom Balkon sieht man das Meer, den Stromboli und wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge. Zentrum ist in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Tropea ist auch nur 3 Km entfernt. Ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Splendido soggiorno a Parghelia

La casa è esattamente come nelle fotografie, spaziosa, luminosa, ben areata, confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario e anche di qualcosa in più. L'abbiamo trovata pulitissima al nostro arrivo, quando ci ha accolto Louise con un cesto di prelibatezze dell'orto di Lino. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili, mai invadenti ma anzi prodighi di consigli utili per visitare spiagge vicine e ristoranti tipici. La splendida spiaggia di Michelino, purtroppo affollatissima nella settimana di Ferragosto, è davvero a due passi. Nel paese di Parghelia, raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata di 5 minuti, si trovano negozi di alimentari, bar (dove poter gustare un'ottima granita!!), ristoranti e una farmacia. Nel complesso un soggiorno ottimo a 5 stelle.
