Placed in the city center the apartment is less than 5 minutes walking distance from the main train station of Santa Maria Novella and 15 minutes from all main museums and monuments.

The apartment is on the First floor with elevator. It is very quiet, the entire building is on an internal courtyard, away from the noisy street.

It also has a nice little terrace on the bedroom, perfect for enjoying your breakfast on a sunny morning.

It is completely furnished with tv, microwave and free fast wifi.

In the apartment you will find clean towels, hair dryer, and the bed is complete with clean sheets and blankets.

Great stay!

Great location and great flat. I am a solo female traveler and I felt very safe. It takes 4 keys to get in the flat, so that made me feel extra safe. Bed was comfortable and flat was good size. 5 minute walk to the train station was perfect! Highly recommend.

Adorable Gem

The hosts were accommodating my slight travel change ups. Cesare, the representative who met me was very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations on where to sight see and eat. The apartment was very clean and had a lot of great amenities. My only negatives were that I couldn’t adjust the shower head to turn it and the bed was a bit hard But those are not problems that would keep me from returning. I felt safe there and I loved the whole trip.

Francesca's Fabulous Florentine Apartment

Perfectly placed just on the outer edge of tourist mayhem, the apartment is both peaceful and relaxing with the added bonus of a great restaurant just a few steps away. Francesca is a lovely host and although only speaks a little English, it is far better than my embarrassingly poor Italian, but even so, we managed perfectly well to understand each other. We loved every minute of our stay here, the apartment is very secure, well equipped and spotlessly clean.

This apartment is in the perfect location if you arrive by train into Florence. Clean, spacious and secure within an apartment complex. Francesca was friendly and helpful and the checkin process was very smooth. You only have a short 10 minute walk to th Duomo in the historic centre. The apartment is also close to several good restaurants, I recommend Nerone with its quirky interior design. Highly recommend renting this apartment for a holiday in Florence.
