As a self-catering mobile home, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The mobile home is the perfect place to relax with flat screen TV with freeview and radio. This unit has
3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a 2 single beds.
The third bedroom contains a 2 single beds.

There is one bathroom, which is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.

Linen and essential toiletries are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.Bath towels as well as cot and highchair hire are available.Charges on request. Enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool and a meal in the club/restaurant with evening entertainment, Passes for both and the kids club are not included in your booking and are required at all times and are available at extra cost from reception.

Why not enjoy the many local pubs and restaurants as well?. There is also the Oasis pool on Hunstanton sea front.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is from 3pm and check-out is 10:am.Early check -out and late check-out times are available at extra cost. Charges on request.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property.
Due to local bylaws all commercial vehicles and Hen and Stag parties are not allowed on site due to site rules.
- Pets are allowed in the unit and park but no more than 2 dogs please due to site rules. .Please inform owner on booking should you wish to bring your dog.

A damages deposit of £75 is required per unit which can be paid up to 7 days in advance by bank transfer or by cash on arrival. Monies paid by transfer will be refunded by the same. Cash deposits will be refunded by same.
