Ground-floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rails and heated mirror and WC. Kitchen/diner with reclining sofa. Entrance hall with coat hooks and shoe racks. First-floor sitting room with twin Velux balconies. Utility room with drying rack, tumble dryer, washing machine and Belfast sink (great for dog washing)
