The property takes its name from its prime location on Ritson Wharf and looks directly on to the harbour gates. When the tide is in, the busy harbour always has plenty of boats bobbing in the waves. Just across the road is the popular Wave Centre featuring climbing walls, gym and a caving experience for children. You are just a short stroll to your nearest pub and restaurant and only a 5-minute walk to the town centre of Maryport which is home to all the usual high street stores, a good selection of bars, restaurants, pubs serving local ales, independent coffee shops and cafés. Maryport also has a lovely beach to stroll along and soak up the fresh sea air.
Maryport is located on the north west Cumbrian coast and overlooking the Solway and the mountains of southern Scotland. Just a few miles to the north is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a long stretch of sandy beaches.
