Demetri was wonderful. Very attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had. Our trip was cut short due to hurricane Isaias. With mandatory evacuation for non residents, Demetri kept us informed till we checked out on Thursday. The five days on the beach though were lovely!

Mitri was a fantastic host and we couldn't have asked for more from our stay. He was very inviting, communicative, and accommodating. The property was beautiful and exactly as described. The location was perfect. We were just far enough away from the main areas but close enough to get there with ease. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wry quiet stretch of the beach in terms of both the number of people and noise levels, yet easy access to downtown and restaurants with a short drive. Host (Metri) had great communication to ensure a smooth check-in and a quality stay. Felt he very sincerely wanted us to have a positive experience. Great views from the deck with no street to cross to get there. Would recommend this house!

Absolutely perfect location and beautiful home! Loved being away from the crowds and on a more private stretch of sand… right on the water. View was so beautiful. Perfect location for walking on the beach and collecting shells, quiet morning coffee or evening cocktail. Our family fit perfectly with the bedroom and bathroom layout. Big kitchen was great for making food - why leave with the view? Everyone had a great time!

Would definitely stay again

This was an excellent home for a family vacation. The house was clean and comfortable, offering amazing views of the ocean. There was so much thought put in to the comfort of each guest, with beach chairs and sand toys available on the lower deck to enjoy on the beach. I can see us making this our yearly vacation spot.

Relaxing property

If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing beach experience, this place is it! We also loved the 2 charcoal grills and used them almost every day. Our host was responsive and checked in the day before our arrival and during the stay. Awesome experience.

Look no further!

No need to shop…this place is the best. Closest to the beach, zero traffic and noise, and a deck that juts out in front of all others, so you get that killer Gulf breeze for a cool night. Wonderfully remodeled with stainless steel appliances and quartz counters, and a host, who checks in and makes sure everything is up to par. Excellent place, I will 100% be returning again!

Comfortable and private beachfront location!

Family of 7 including a 2 year old had everything we needed here. The kitchen was fully stocked with all necessary cooking and dining ware/appliances. The balcony porch was spacious with lounging options for any time of day (rain or shine). Our host was very attentive as we prepared to arrive and made sure we knew everything necessary to settle in quickly and comfortably. Excellent experience all around!
