Victorian style townhome on 3 levels with lots of windows providing natural light to the interior.
Top level consists of a one bedroom master suite and full size bathroom
Main level with bay windows, open living area, kitchen prepped to cook, built in Murphy Bed and half bath.
Accents include hickory floors, stainless steel appliances, designer furniture and features.
Entry level includes private courtyard, gas grill, herb garden, garage, washer and dryer.
Beach amenities included, chairs, boogie board, umbrella. In the evenings, surf and the occasional Sea Lion will be heard.

Walk, pedal, run to: Beaches (Seabright & Twin Lakes), SC Harbor, Arana Gulch, 3 iconic natural grocers, (Whole Foods, Shoppers Corner and Staff of Life), countless eateries, bakeries (Buttery) and coffee selections (Java Junction, Verve, Lulus) as well as the Rio Theatre and shops. Electric bikes available within steps.

This home is 1 of 4 and appears as a stand alone in regards to privacy. Two entries with keyless entry, front and rear to the garage. Courtyard is accessible from front and back.

Perfect home away from home

We were in Santa Cruz for an extended stay. Lisa's place is airy, comfortable, sparkling clean, well-appointed, and convenient. Would couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Wonderful!

We stayed at Lisa's home in the Seabright neighborhood for a month. It exceeded all of our expectations. It was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and perfectly located. Although we had previously lived in the Santa Cruz area for 40+ years, we had never really spent a lot of time in this neighborhood. It's walking distance to beaches, Arana Gulch park, the Yacht Harbor and downtown. There are lots of great restaurants nearby. Jump bikes, electric assist bicycles that you rent online are parked all over the neighborhood. It's easy to just hop on one and go. For us it was like discovering Santa Cruz all over again! If you love cooking like we do, you will really appreciate the kitchen. It has everything you need and more. It's equipped with top of the line cookware, knives and utensils, not the usual Bed Bath and Beyond you usually find in rentals. For us that was a huge bonus. Lisa was always very responsive in her communications with us and was a joy to work with. We can highly recommend Lisa's house.

Immaculate... has everything you need

My wife and I loved it. We stayed a month, and it was the perfect home away from home. Everything is in great condition and you'll find everything you would expect and more. Lisa was super helpful. Check out the pictures... it's as nice as the photos show... maybe nicer.

Having a garage is a plus in our neighborhood.

Walking to the many parks, beaches, the boardwalk. I cycle Westcliff, Wilder and East Cliff, Capitola, Pleasure Point East and never tire of the surroundings.
