Für einen Venedig Besuch empfehlenswert, da die Wohnung eine Top Lage hat . Einkaufen, Vaporetto , Bus , Bäcker, Schlachter , Bars und Restaurants und Strand ,Alles innerhalb 2–6 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Schöner großer Flur . Sehr kleines Bad und kleines 2tes Schlafzimmer. Küche und Wohnzimmer angenehm groß. Super mit Hund , wegen des kleinen geschotterten Garten. Tolle Bilder und Bücher , vor allem für Geschichts - Und Karten- Liebhaber Würde beim nächsten Besuch wieder dort mieten

Sehr persönliche kleine Wohnung

Für uns war perfekt, dass wir den gekiesten Garten ganz alleine nutzen konnten. Da er abgesperrt war, konnte der Hund frei laufen (hat nicht reingemacht - nur außerhalb des Gartens). In dem wohl kaputten Busch links vom Eingang leben wahrscheinlich ziemlich viele fiese Mücken, aber dafür kann der Besitzer ja nichts. Gutes Antimückenmittel mitnehmen. Schön wären noch 2 Sonnenliegen. Dann könnte man den Garten perfekt nutzen. Die vielen persönlichen Bildchen und teils skurilen Dekostücke haben uns entzückt!

Schöne Lage, sehr nette Vermieter

Sehr schöne und große Erdgeschosswohnung, nur wenige Minuten zum Strand genauso wie zur Fähre. Auf dem Lido lässt sich ein Venedigurlaub wirklich geniessen, da man mit dem Boot sowohl in 15 min am Markusplatz oder auch auf den anderen wunderschönen Inseln (Murato, Burato etc.), gleichzeitig aber auch in 5-10 min am Strand für ein erfrischendes Bad ist. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr ruhig in einem Villenviertel gelegen, mit kleinem Vorgarten zum Draußenessen, sogar Fahrräder wurden uns kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Alles sehr empfehlenswert!
