The apartment:
The apartment is located on the first floor of a residential building. The building has a lift, access ramp, and concierge.
This apartment has three bedrooms, a full bathroom with a shower and a spacious patio. There are two bedrooms with double beds and the third has two single beds. In the living room, a comfortable double sofa bed, perfect for 8 people.
The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary, including high-end appliances.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance. Partial air conditioning only in the living room.
Central heating schedule (only during winter November-May) from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Law (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival
The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard

Esperaba algo más. Pequeño y relación calidad precio, mal.
Si duda alguna, la ubicación es lo mejor. El apartamento resulta pequeño para 6 personas ya que sólo cuenta con una ducha y el salón es un espacio muy reducido..
El apartamento podría ofrecer alguna botella de agua, o café o azúcar o servilletas, algún servicio en la cocina. No contaba con nada, sólo el menaje. La cafetera no era de cápsulas, no pudimos ni tomar café.
Nos hospedamos 6 personas y sólo disponía de un amenitie de ducha, no tenía gel, shampoo para 6 personas. Apenas unos pequeños rollos de papel higiénico. Esto son detalles que podrían mejorar la valoración de la estancia sobretodo por el elevado precio del apartamento.
