If you want to find the ultimate holiday rental property next to the turquoise crystal clear waters of the Menorca coast, then look no further!

This villa is located on the second row back from the sea, in the very exclusive and charming area of Binisafua Rotters, a quiet residential area on the south coast of the island. The charming beach of Binisafuller is just 4 minutes away on foot and 200 meters in front of the villa is a fabulous bathing area where you get to swim in crystal clear waters.

The villa has a beautiful garden with a swimming pool and spectacular sea views, from where you can really relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the Menorcan coast.

All on one level the property consists of two houses; the newly built main house and an older guest house that has been very nicely restored maintaining its Menorcan character. The newer part has a comfortable living room, dining room, a modern kitchen, guest loo and an en-suite bedroom with its own air-conditioned sitting room and dressing room. This part of the house is built in a U-shape so that all rooms have access to the outdoor patio, the perfect place for alfresco dining and lazy breakfasts. The older part of the villa also has a fabulous sitting room with sea views and air conditioning unit, three bedrooms (two with ceiling fans) and two bathrooms.

The best feature of this fabulous villa is the outside space and different terraces complete with comfortable furniture and fantastic sea views, perfect for you to relax and enjoy an unforgettable holiday with friends and family in Menorca.

The entire property is very well looked after and is in one of the most sought after destinations in Menorca, where there is simply everything one could want to enjoy unforgettable holidays, including being close to a selection of places for bathing in the most incredible crystalline waters.

Très bon séjour avec belle vue

L'annonce est conforme à la réalité, très belle vue, une terrasse très agréable pour les repas et apéritifs, une belle piscine, la literie est impeccable, de belles pièces à vivre, un panier de bienvenue très apprécié. La maison est bien située avec des commerces à proximité (en voiture) ainsi que pour visiter l'île. Le seul petit bémol c'est que l'on n'est pas loin de l'aéroport et on entend les avions passés, heureusement le passage n'est pas toute la journée en continue, en même temps l'île n'est pas grande. Mais nous avons passé de très belles vacances, la communication est facile pour cette location. N'hésitez pas à y séjourner, le dépaysement est très agréable.
