Nice and safe stay

We stayed one night in Old Dairy. It was cold day and when we got into the room it was wonderfully warm. The was a friendly dog around which was sweet. The surrounding and the cottage has amazing architecture. There is a lot of space around the cottage and in longer and perhaps warmer stay we would have explored.

Stayed Friday and Saturday night, very friendly host, who welcomed us and helped us with directions for walking into Bradford Upon Avon and the nearest local pub. We stayed in the Cart House and The Diary House, lovely comfortable rooms and large bathroom facilities. Had microwave, toaster, cutlery, kettle and fridge. The accommodation was very clean and thought of everything, including extra blankets and outside seating area's.

We could not fault anything. Would probably award more than 5stars if possible. Lovely location. Accommodation delightful with so many little extra touches to make our stay memorable. Breakfast was freshly cooked and all the extras enhanced the experience. Everything spotless and organised. Hope to return and will certainly recommend.

We stayed in the double room - The Cart House. Incredible stay, room was beautifully maintained and everything we could have asked for was catered for. The farm house is in a beautiful spot with chickens, ponies and ducks on your doorstep. The owners were friendly and looked after our every needs. The town centre was a short pleasant 20/25min walk with lots of places to eat and things to do.

Quite, Relaxing, Friendly and everything you need, very dog friendly

Stayed in The Old Cart House with our dog for 3 nights. Clean and spacious, shower and bathroom excellent. Has toaster, kettle, fridge and microwave and cutlery/crockery, so easy to do own breakfast in these Covid days. Very quiet area and loads of space to exercise the dog and yourself! Had a really enjoyable stay, bed comfortable and slept well with all the fresh air. Picnic tables outside and own patio/chairs to relax on/have breakfast. Would highly recommend staying here and will return.

Amazing Weekend Break

We had an amazing Valentines weekend break at Beeches! I requested for some special romantic touches to be added to the room and they surpassed our every expectation, the room was decorated beautifully and just as I had imagined. The location of the place is lovely, very quiet and relaxing. The Old Barn House was a superb size, and the bathroom was fabulous. Lovely hospitality tray, fresh fruit and milk in the mini fridge. The hosts were lovely.

Stayed for 2 nights for a quick getaway! Really lovely room and loved the outside seating area, as it was really warm when we stayed. Breakfast wasn’t included due to the current situation, but the toaster, fridge and kettle placed in the room were useful. If anything these extra things made the room feel slightly cramped, especially with three people in the room. But the additional items placed in the rooms were of high quality and made for a better stay.

Peaceful but accessible to the City of Bath. Helpful host. Cooked breakfast was amazing but couldn't eat it all! I couldn't use the bath due to my disability hence amenity scored a 4. I need to ask for a walk in shower when booking accommodation or ask if there are grab rails.
