Nestled in the historic cobbled market town of Richmond, in the private Merchants Courtyard within walking distance to all that Richmond has to offer, Middle Row, comfortably sleeping four guests. Amble to the delicatessens, quirky shops, and cosy eateries, and enjoy castle walks and accompanying museum. Middle Row is ideally located for exploring the local areas many attractions at any time of year.

Upon entering this York stone-built cottage, natural light fills the dual aspect sitting room with comfortable seating for four guests. The spacious open-plan kitchen features a dining area, and bi-folding doors open out onto the small, but perfectly adequate, enclosed courtyard - ideal for taking in the summer sun or relaxing with a glass of wine whilst getting stuck into your favourite book. The well-equipped kitchen boasts a breakfast bar area with seating for two, perfect for friends and family to gather around whilst cooking up a culinary delight. Google Assistant, Smart speakers, and USB charging points are available in all rooms.

Ascend the stairs to the landing area where a seating area with reading lamp is accompanied by a vast book collection. There is family bathroom and two bedrooms; one spacious king-size bedroom featuring a wall mounted Smart television; and one pretty double bedroom overlooking Merchants Courtyard.

Middle Row is the perfect hideaway for those who wish to have a break with friends or family, and have the benefit of being able to wander into the town or easily reach the North Yorkshire Dales. Picturesque Swaledale boast the famous Coast to Coast route, just minutes away, and the rolling hills of Wensleydale a little further.

There is no immediate parking at the property as with most cottages in Richmond, however a parking permit for the car park near the cottage is provided. Free parking can also be found on a first come first served basis. There is a loading bay on the street next to Hamilton's the butchers, perfect for unloading.
