Everything was fantastic! Great apartment and location. Check-in was very easy. Also, Sophia was incredibly helpful, with all kinds of help and information. There was going to be a national strike on the day of our departure, and she reached out to make sure that we were aware that our travel plans might be affected. She even booked us a 6am water taxi when we had to take an early train.

The property was in a perfect location for our needs. Andrea was very responsive and more than helpful during our stay. The 4 flights of stairs were tough in the heat but the apartment was very clean, quiet and comfortable.

The location of the apt was perfect for walking to all of Venice’s attractions and the perfect size for family of 3 (2 adults and 1 adult child who had his own space). Easy walk from the vaporetto water taxi station even with roller bags!Check in directions and all communication was timely and thorough. Sofia answered all my many questions and was as sweet as can be. Luggage storage available if needed too!Wish there was an elevator to the 4th flr but we managed just fine.

Beautiful apt in Venice's center

Loved this compact, clean, nicely appointed apartment with views and amenities right in the heart of shopping, restaurants and activities. I would stay here again!! Property mgr and host were very responsive and friendly.

Perfect ending to a cruise vacation

We had a fantastic time. It was a great landing spot after being on a cruise for 8 days. The location was perfect and had a washer and dryer to do some laundry as we still had 8 more days to go! Communication was fantastic with the host as we got in early and were having a hard time with transportation as there was a ferry strike. Things couldn't have been better.

Great convenient location

Very convenient location within 2 min walk from San Marco Square and close to transportation. Apartment clean and well stocked. Washer and dryer easily accessible on the ground floor. Very hospitable host who left us coffee, tea and a bottle of wine. Also provided summary of local sites, transportation and restaurants. Only thing to consider is the multiple flights of stairs up to the apartment depending on which apartment you book.

Nice rooms

I didn’t realize that this rental was two separate rooms with a bathroom in each room. We had issues with the keypad working on one of the rooms but the issue was quickly resolved. Quick response from owner. We were able to drop our bags off before check in which was a bonus!

Un emplacement idéal

Si vous recherchez un logement pour visiter en famille Venise, cet appartement est parfait ! Au calme et pourtant à 5 minutes maximum de la place St Marc. Tout est au top, petits cadeaux de bienvenue, cuisine très fonctionnelle, climatisation et même produits d’hygiène pour la salle de douche. Juste un point à préciser, la seconde chambre avec sa salle de douche est indépendante de l’appartement (sur le même palier). Je recommande vivement cet appartement !
